A journey through the seasons, told by the piano and the depth of lyrical singing. From the freshness of cherry blossoms to the melancholy of winter’s final gifts, the program weaves together Somervell, Schubert, Brahms, Fauré, Britten, and Vaughan Williams, blending opera and chamber music.
Four seasons that mirror the stages of life: an intense musical experience celebrating love and the passage of time.
The performance features Julia Lynch, Artistic Director of Mascarade Opera, at the piano, alongside acclaimed bass James Platt.
